A pair of scissors.
A large stack of un-trimmed half-square triangles.
Coffee break begins. Sit back on the sofa. Turn on the TV. Put the bowl on lap.
Start trimming dog-ears.
Partly finished.

LOL, if you get them done by Dec 31 you will have confetti for your New Year's Eve party.
That's a lot of dog ears, Mary! I save all mine in antique, clear jars - they make great studio adornment! Happy 4th of July!

Mary, I do the same thing while I don't have anything to do. BTW, You use those dog-ears for what? I usually make it for confetti or just save all those dog-ears into a clear glass. Sometimes my daughter use it for her artwork. She put the dog-ears to a canvas that has been drawn and the result is great. It's very useful :)
